Brief
Pop Productions were given the corporate video brief with just 12 hours notice; we had one day to shoot footage of the new office and the views of its occupants, which were to be used in a presentation the day after the shoot. In short, little notice, one day to turn around the shoot and edit. Tough deadlines.
Solution
We took a small film crew to keep things mobile, and flexible. On the train up, the producer got to grips with the subject matter. As Pop Productions arrived at the location, the final briefing was given to us, and then we were left up to it to get the interviews and cutaway shots. Going with as little set up light as possible, we managed to shoot through our interviews. The edit was started on the train back to London and completed back at the edit suit from early the next morning and with client by 1.00pm ready for the final presentation.
And what was the cost? Only £2700.00!
